End of Trails Campground camper portal · Last updated 2 October 2026
This policy covers the camper portal at endoftrailscampground.com, used by campers of End of Trails Campground in Liberty, Indiana. It is a private application for our own campers and staff. It is not open to the public, and we do not sell advertising on it.
We use a small number of services to run the portal. Each sees only what it needs to.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Payment history is kept permanently — it is a financial record, and we may need it for tax and accounting purposes years later. If you leave the campground, your record is archived rather than deleted, so that history stays intact. Documents you upload are kept while you are a camper and for as long as the associated record is retained.
You can see and correct your own contact details and emergency contact in the portal at any time. Lot numbers, charges and payment records are maintained by campground staff.
If you want to know what we hold about you, have something corrected, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, write to us at the address below and we will deal with it.
Your account is protected by a password you set yourself; nobody at the campground can see it. Access to camper records is restricted so that campers see only their own information, and staff see what they need to run the campground. Uploaded documents are served through short-lived private links rather than being publicly accessible.
The portal is intended for the adult holder of a camping lot. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
If we change how the portal handles your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
