These terms cover your use of the camper portal at endoftrailscampground.com. The portal is provided by End of Trails Campground, Liberty, Indiana, for the use of our campers and staff. By signing in, you agree to what follows.
Accounts are created by campground staff for people who hold a lot with us, and for staff. Accounts are personal to you. Please do not share your password or let someone else use your account; if you think somebody has your password, tell us and we will reset it.
You can use it to keep your contact and emergency details current, upload the vehicle photographs and insurance documents we ask for, read and acknowledge campground rules and notices, review what you owe and what you have paid, and apply for optional extras such as winter electricity or firewood cutting.
Please keep your details accurate — we use the email address on your record to reach you about your account, your bill and anything urgent at the campground. Upload only documents that are yours and that we have asked for. Do not upload anything unlawful, and do not try to reach other campers' records or interfere with how the portal works.
Amounts shown in the portal reflect our records and are provided for your convenience. Our accounting system is the authoritative record of your account. If the two disagree, tell us and we will sort it out. Applying for an optional extra is a request, not a booking; it takes effect when campground staff approve it, and any charge is added to your account at that point. Processing fees for card and ACH payments are added to the invoice we send you, not to the figures shown in the portal.
When you acknowledge the rules, or accept the terms of an optional offering, that acceptance is recorded with the date, time and the IP address it came from. Accepting something in the portal carries the same weight as signing it on paper.
We run this portal as a convenience for our campers. We try to keep it working and accurate, but it is provided as-is: we cannot promise it will always be available, free of error, or reachable from every device or connection. Nothing in the portal replaces speaking to campground staff, and the campground's own rules, agreements and posted notices govern your stay.
If you leave the campground, your access ends and your record is archived. We may suspend an account that is being misused.
We may update these terms as the portal changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
